Century Pines' Event and Wedding Planners are available to assist you in every way possible, answering any questions you might have and offering suggestions to make co-ordination of your special day easier.

Our Culinary staff prepares exquisite meals in our ultramodern kitchens, offering both traditional and international cuisine.

Whether you decide on Buffet, Old-Fashioned Family Style, or Full-Service sit down, our professional staff is poised to make your day a memorable one.

 
  Weddings at Century Pines Golf Club

Century Pines would like to thank you for considering our banquet facility. A wedding is a time to celebrate with friends and family. We also realize there are so many ways to celebrate this joyous time, so we scrutinize every detail to make your special day even more enjoyable.

Our professional team of culinary experts are at your disposal to ensure that your day is a truly memorable one. From traditional Family-Style to more exotic International Cuisine, we are prepared to satisfy every need.

Wedding Information

Room Rental

  • Hall rental fee ranges from $250 - $2000
    Depending on the time of year and number of guests.

  • Decorating
    Clients providing their own decorations for function may access facility on day of function. Century Pines also offers decorating services at an additional cost.

  • Service Styles

  • Photography
    Our guests are free to use our property for their wedding pictures.
    *Prior notice must be provided to Century Pines staff.

  • Entertainment
    Century Pines is to be advised of any entertainment that is being hired for the function. (i.e. bands, disc jockeys, quartets, pianists, etc.)

  • Patio Use
    As Century Pines is a Golf & Country Club, we do not confirm exclusive use of our terrace at the time of booking, especially during the summer months. We will, however, do our best to ensure your wedding reception or ceremony will be a wonderful experience here at Century Pines.

Ceremonies

Ceremonies are preformed on our driving range any time after 3:00pm May1st - Oct.31st weather permitting. The driving range will be shut down completely from golfers and set-up with white bistro chairs abd a wedding arch.

Cost to rent the range is $800 & $5.00pp plus applicable taxes.


Wedding Decor

Century Pines to supply the following speciality tables:

  • Head Table - raised if requested
  • Cake Table
  • Gift Table
  • Gift Table/Guest Book Table
  • Place Card Table
  • Bomboniere Table - if required

  • Linen
    Century Pines will supply all white table cloths and choice of napkins in a wide variety of colours. Overlays are also available at an additional cost. Head table, Gift table, and any additional specialty tables will be skirted in white.

  • Flowers
    Client is responsible for providing any/all flowers and arrangements. Century Pines will assume responsibility for disposing of same, following event.

  • Candles
    Upon request Century Pines will supply votive candles on every dinner table & head table. *Please note, if providing your own candles for tables, the candles must be encased in glass. (i.e. Hurricane)

Wedding Policies

  • Expenditure Estimates
    Clients are provided with an estimate of their expenditure one-month prior to the function. Century Pines must receive payment of this amount one week prior to the function, either by cash or certified cheque. An itemized invoice will be forwarded following the event.

  • Guaranteed Minimum Attendance
    Century Pines must be notified of the guaranteed minimum attendance at least four days prior to the function date. In the event that the number is not met, the client will be responsible for paying for the guaranteed number of guests or the actual, whichever is greater.

Additional Information

  • Ontario Liquor Laws
    The Ontario Liquor Laws will not permit any alcoholic beverages to be brought into or taken out of a licensed establishment.

  • Hours of Service
    11:00am to 1:00am, Monday through Sunday.

  • Groups under 30 people
    A bartender charge of $20.00 per hour (minimum 3 hours) will apply. This charge will also apply if the $500.00 minimum is not met.

  • Deposit
    Your deposit is due no later than 7 days after tentatively booking the room. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, unless Century Pines is able to re-book the room.
