  General Rules about Membership

Guests
Any card member may send out a guest to the course by notifying the course in advance. The member extending the privileges of the club to the guest shall be responsible for the conduct of that guest, and for any and all charges incurred by such guest.

Billing Privileges
Full members will be able to charge incidentals to their account for monthly billing. Each member will receive an end-of-month statement that will recap all monthly purchases and payments to the account. At each month’s end, all unpaid outstanding items will be charged to the member’s credit card that has been pre-authorized at the beginning of the season. All delinquent accounts will be suspended, and interest of 2% per month will be applied.

Cancellations
Failure to cancel four days prior to the scheduled tee time will result in the applicable green fees being charged to the member’s account. Cancellations will be confirmed via confirmation numbers – please retain this number as confirmation of your cancellations. The course reserves the right to book the course(s) for tournaments and other functions.

Dress Code
The member and their guests must abide by the club’s stated dress code.

General
Members must provide their membership card for all account transactions. Members must respect the rights of all fellow golfers and club employees. Failure to do so could result in the member being suspended.

Additional Rules for Corporate Executive Membership
A corporation/group will be able to designate up to four members per 48 rounds purchased. The membership is non-transferable; however, substitutions can be made mid-season, if necessary, for a $50 administration fee.

Certificates
Certificates cannot be used for green fees for groups of over eight golfers. No replacement of lost or stolen certificates. Certificates are good for green fees and carts only and are valid only for the membership season.

Card Holders
Companies may obtain member cards for up to four individuals by making a written request. One corporate signing officer will take responsibility for all members signed under that membership. The course/club will review the application request before assigning cards. Each course/club retains the right to refuse application for card holders.
